Textually, it means subject, containing some topics and mas'alah
In a kitab/bab there contains fosl, and in a fosl it contains fara' or mas'alah

(iii) Itaaoozakah
(iv) saumu ramadhaana
(v) wahijjulbayti manistatho'a ilayhi sabeela.
- ma'na manistatho'a ilayhi sabeela
in arabic there is a phrase: idzha 'aradhta antatho'a, ta'mur bi mustatho'a ( if you wish that people obey you, order him with what he is able to)
sabeel = way. No danger and can afford transportation costs and pay nafgah.

an-niyyah and al-tarteeb in wudhoo'
anniyyah
- linguistically mean 'azhom (in fact some ppl categorize 'azhom as something greater than niyyah)
- but in hukm niyyah is done at the same time you are doing a certain 'ibadah and it is done in the heart, articulating it is sunnah ( to strengthen what is in the heart)
- in mazhab Imam Ahmad Bin Hanbal, articulating niyyah in Hajj is bid'ah munkarah though it is sunnah in mazhab syafii

(2) following the sequence of the qur'an (giyas from the evidence of safa and marwah from hadith)

Notes:

- if there isn't, then we taqdir the length equivalent from the tip.
(2) khurujul many
(3) haidh
(4) Nifas
(5) Wiladat (Some Ulama' consider this as maany min 'agil)
(6) Death

(4) Enter Islam
